- Leverage data analysis to inform and influence key strategic decisions.
- Implement data-driven insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of growth efforts.
Lead Planning Analyses:
- Take the lead in planning analyses for cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate organizational tradeoffs to ensure alignment with overarching growth objectives.
Identify and Develop KPIs:
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to holistic growth.
- Develop a set of metrics that can effectively measure the success of growth initiatives.
Build Dashboards for Monitoring:
- Construct dashboards to monitor the performance of ongoing growth efforts.
- Ensure dashboards are designed to communicate insights clearly to relevant stakeholders.
