- What is the main goal for this project?

Climatech Innovations provides climate action solutions that deliver local, simple, and tangible methods to fight climate change. We are based on the east coast of Canada and a big part of our work is tree planting. To help with the survival rates of the trees we plant we have developed a product made of molded pulp that goes around the planted tree and helps reduce competition from weeds and other plants. The product is made of waste paper / egg cartons mixed with water and molded into shape. Currently we have been doing this in buckets and in a very manual process, what we would like to explore with this project is how can we build more rigor in our manufacturing and what equipment would we need to start producing at a larger scale.
