- What is the main goal for this project?

At Manr, our goal is to make real estate simple. We provide a simple way to give individuals control over their real estate transactions, saving tens of thousands of dollars in the process.
Manr is looking to fill a UI/UX design internship position to help with a re-design of the existing platform. Though our MVP as helped us gain initial traction, we're looking for a design-forward individual capable of bringing Manr's visual and user-experience journeys to the next level.
The Manr platform is currently web-based, and our intern will be tasked with re-designing the visuals and user flow of the existing platform. This role will work directly with Manr's CTO and COO.
This will involve:
- Conduct background research of Manr's existing platform.
- Use Figma to create responsive, high-fidelity web designs.
- Creation of a screen-by-screen UX/UI prototype of Manr's redesign.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, our intern should complete the following list of activities:
- Familiarize themselves with our existing product.
- Use Figma to design and build all of the required screens.
Bonus steps would include:
- Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this.
Final deliverables should include:
- The design screens and all assets in a shareable format.

We will be able to provide answers to questions and help along the way! This will be a collaborative project within Manr. We'll specifically help with:
- Current product understanding
- Industry standard design tools and applications
- Branding and styling advice
- Input on choices, problems or anything else our intern might encounter
- Direct sprint-workshops to keep alignment
