- What is the main goal for this project?

We brought a new product to market in 2023. It is a ski bag that was specifically designed to be used with a vehicles roof rack. What makes this product unique is: it is a semi tailored ski cover that does not flap in the wind while in use on a vehicles ski rack thereby protecting the ski and bindings from road salt and debris normally associated with transporting skis on a roof rack.
Our problem is that our current packaging design does not inform people of what it does, or what the benefits are at first glance.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Design a new product label for the Ski Sock. Label to be 8.5" x 5.5" similar to that shown in the attached images.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

The designing of a new product packaging will be the first step. Once completed we will turn to marketing this product so it may require revision. I will be available to answer any queries and will provide any materials we currently have including samples (shipped at our expense).
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

It would definitely be an asset if the designer was a skier.
