What is the main goal for this project?: We’d like students to help grasp the data online, create the database, and analyze our datasets to draw helpful insights in Taiwan.
Students need to collect the earthquake data of Taiwan from public sources. A Web Crawler is necessary.
Data analysis. （we offer the methods)
Visualization.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: Web crawling, databases, data analysis, data visualization.
Analyze the laws of strong earthquake swarms.
The visualization dynamically presents the spatial and temporal distribution of earthquakes.
Excel, Python are necessary. PowerBI and Tableau might be useful.
