What is the main goal for this project?: The project goal is to recruit developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and marketing professionals. Developers will focus on React JS for website development, including front-end and back-end tasks. UI/UX designers will use Figma & Photoshop for product development. High performers may also work on Qualaces client projects. Additionally, we seek a business analyst and marketing expert.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: Project Tasks/Activities:

Developers:
Undertake website development tasks utilizing technologies such as React JS, HTML, and CSS.
Contribute to both frontend and backend development on real-life projects.
UI/UX Developers:
Engage in two ongoing projects necessitating proficiency in tools like Figma & Adobe Photoshop.
Design mobile-responsive website layouts for both web and mobile platforms.
One website is live, while the other is in the development phase.
Business Analysts and Marketing Majors:
Offer a unique opportunity to contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and online marketing activities.
Recruiter Interns:
Assist in bench placements.
