Project scope

What is the main goal for this project?: We are looking for a student to help us update and develop our existing website (built on the Wix platform).
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: Test our website on the front-end to ensure all pages, features, and hyperlinks are working as intended
Ensure both the desktop and mobile site are responsive to the user's device size
Identify any issues/bugs and potential solutions
Update current website content to ensure content language fits SEO requirements
Create mock-ups for redesign of web pages for more user friendly experience (if needed)
Perform website updates and back-up the most up-to-date version of the website to the Wix platform
Other tasks related to website maintenance on an ad-hoc basis

How will you support learners in completing the project?: Students will work closely with the Founder, Kelly Tenkely who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Schedule to be determined with the student(s).
