- What is the main goal for this project?

The learner will be responsible for designing, customizing, and streamlining my Notion template, which is used for client onboarding, mid-project, and offboarding processes.
Main Goal: To create a smooth client experience with all project materials in one place.
Secondary Goal: Streamline the client experience so follow-ups, feedback requests, payments, Loom videos (instructional videos), testimonials, updated, and referral requests all occur and follow a structure.
Success Defined By:
- Gabe, the owner's feedback
- Our client's feedback
- Whether or not the process remains and becomes a standard
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

First, you will work with Gabe, the owner, to map out our client's journey from onboarding to offboarding.
Then you will:
- Watch a comprehensive tutorial of my current Notion Template
- Brainstorm ways for improvements
- Customize the pre-made sections to make them client, task, and project-relevant
- You will help onboard clients and guide them through our template
- We will continue onboarding and offboarding clients until the cows come home
Note: Fontana Copy is a company of one. You will work directly with me (Gabe), the owner, to help grow and take this new company from $40k/year to $100k/year. Your efforts will directly relate to this company's revenue.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

I will provide learners with a Notion template that is currently used for my business and a two-hour comprehensive tutorial on the template.
The learner will get access to a Loom video account so we can record instructional videos for clients to view.
The learner will work directly with Gabe, the owner on a day-to-day business and will get the full client and project management experience.
