HannahHR is seeking to enhance its lead generation process by integrating AI and advanced technology, as outlined in their Sales and Marketing playbook. The goal is to create a streamlined, efficient system that maximizes outreach effectiveness and scales with the company's growth. This project involves implementing key components of the playbook, focusing on AI-driven strategies to identify and engage potential clients. The team will conduct user testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different outreach methods, using A/B testing to refine approaches. By working closely with the founder, learners will gain insights into scaling a product-led SaaS business, applying classroom knowledge in a real-world setting. The project is designed to be completed by a team of marketing or business students, ensuring a focused application of their skills.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed implementation plan for the AI-enhanced lead generation process, incorporating feedback from user testing. The team will provide a report on the A/B testing results, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the project outcomes and recommendations for future iterations will be prepared. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges, contributing to HannahHR's strategic objectives.

Ideally the team would build out messaging plans and the physical process from Lead Generation to sales completion.
