- What is the main goal for this project?

The XP3 Talent System is a turnkey solution which uses a unique combination of web-based tools, training, coaching, and talent acquisition to help you build an employee-centric, profitable company.
This project will focus on the creation of our Website's Careers Page to allow candidates to apply directly on our website through a web form for open positions we are seeking to fill. If you would like to see an example of what we want built, you can look at Riipen's Career page.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Participate in a kick-off meeting to review the project requirements and then subsequent project status meetings to be determined.
- Design the User interface (UI), and User experience (UX) layout.
- Build out the Career Page utilizing WordPress.
- Conduct testing to ensure everything works appropriately.

Students will connect directly with us for direction and project management throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our current products and website design
- Our customer and industry insights, workflows, etc.
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

In order to complete this project, students will need intermediate experience with:
- Website builders, specifically with WordPress
- UI / UX design principles
- Application and Regression testing
