- What is the main goal for this project?

BOTG's mission is to help our Veterans and Veteran Spouses transition into corporate workforce. Our current datasets includes resumes of over 6000+ Veteran, Veteran Spouses and Service-Disabled Veterans from diverse education, work experience and locations.
We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our project’s objectives and analysis procedures.
- Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset.
- Create easily accessible reports with relevant and important fields in Google sheet with can be uploaded in our ATS System.
- Performing relevant statistical tests to determine the significance of results.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending future areas of study.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Familiarity with our objectives and analysis
- Correction of data inconsistencies
- Calculation of important results and creation of graphs
- Understanding of different scenarios and business outcomes
