We are running in two tightly linked tracks:


  1. Discovery & Outreach Track
  • Identify high-fit founders (B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, etc.) using Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter lists, podcasts, angel lists.
  • Enrich each lead with contact points (email, DM handles, warm intros) and ICP tags.
  • Build and test short-form outreach (DM/email) sequences; track reply/booked-call rates, iterate.


  1. Social Growth & Content Track
  • Build Gelee’s own LinkedIn + X presence: daily posts, thought-leadership threads, case-study posts, and engagement loops.
  • For early clients, help research their narrative, draft posts, repurpose long-form content, and measure performance (reach, engagement, inbound DMs).
  • Create a lightweight “content ops” SOP (research → draft → edit → schedule → analyze).


Both interns will likely touch both tracks, discovery informs content, content drives outreach.

Deliverables

Core Deliverables

  • Founder Pipeline DB (300–500 qualified leads with enrichment & prioritization scores).
  • Outreach Playbook v1.0 (scripts, cadences, benchmarks, A/B test results).
  • Content System SOP for Gelee + template pack (idea bank, briefs, drafts, approval workflow).
  • Growth Report: weekly dashboards of KPIs (followers, engagement %, booked calls, SQLs).
  • Post Library: 30+ polished posts for Gelee and 20+ for clients (drafted, scheduled, or shipped).
  • Final Retro Deck: what worked, what didn’t, next experiments, and ROI calc.


Success Metrics (pick your exact targets)

  • 300+ ICP-qualified founders sourced, 80% with verified contact paths.
  • ≥ 15% positive reply rate on DMs/emails; ≥ 20 qualified intro calls booked.
  • Gelee socials: +1,000 LinkedIn followers, +1,000 X followers, avg engagement rate ≥ 3%.
  • At least 2 client pilots supported with measurable growth (engagement, inbound).
  • SOPs usable by future hires on day 1 (no hand-holding).
