We are looking for a project to help with rural recruitment for modalities such as osteopathy, physiotherapy, naturopath and other alternative health modalities.
This project will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Documenting the current state of our recruitment process, from the time the resource need is identified to the time the position is filled.
- Assessing our current process and making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
