Details

The Canadian Vocational Training Centre (CVTC) aims to enhance its online presence by improving its website's functionality, user experience, and accessibility. The current website lacks certain features that could better serve students, faculty, and prospective learners. This project involves analyzing the existing website to identify areas for improvement, such as navigation, content organization, and mobile responsiveness. The goal is to develop a strategic plan that outlines specific enhancements to be implemented, ensuring the website effectively supports CVTC's educational mission and attracts new students. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of web design, user experience, and digital strategy in a real-world context.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive report outlining the proposed website enhancements, supported by research and analysis. This report should include a prioritized list of recommended changes, wireframes or mockups of key pages, and a timeline for implementation. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations will be delivered to CVTC stakeholders. The deliverables will provide CVTC with a clear roadmap for improving their website, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
