What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create a marketing plan to outreach national companies that could be interested in supporting profession-based learning with schools. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching national companies that have a history of supporting education initiatives.


- Analyzing the specific needs and interests of these companies in relation to profession-based learning with schools.


- Developing a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines the benefits of supporting profession-based learning and how it aligns with the companies' goals.


- Creating outreach materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital content to engage with the targeted companies.


- Identifying key contacts within the companies and establishing a communication strategy to present the marketing plan.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Research report on national companies that support education initiatives and their specific interests.


- Comprehensive marketing plan outlining the benefits of supporting profession-based learning and how it aligns with the companies' goals.


- Outreach materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital content for engaging with targeted companies.


- Communication strategy and key contacts established within the targeted companies.


Final deliverables:


- A final report including the research findings, marketing plan, outreach materials, and communication strategy.


- A presentation explaining the marketing plan and outreach strategy to the CAPS Network team.
