SozoRock Health aims to enhance its AWS infrastructure to ensure it is fully HIPAA-compliant and secure, supporting its existing telehealth module. The project focuses on creating a robust backend system architecture and an intuitive front-end UI/UX design. The goal is to develop a seamless, patient-centered platform that caters to underserved users in the U.S. and Canadian markets. By integrating new interoperable services such as prescription management, grocery-based health shopping, NEMT aggregation, and a closed-loop wallet, the platform will offer comprehensive healthcare solutions. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of AWS, cybersecurity, and UI/UX design to create a secure and user-friendly integrated digital health environment.

The project deliverables include a detailed system architecture plan that ensures HIPAA compliance and security for the AWS infrastructure. Additionally, a prototype of the enhanced telehealth platform with integrated services will be developed. The deliverables also include a comprehensive UI/UX design that enhances user experience and accessibility for underserved populations. A final report documenting the project process, challenges, and solutions will also be provided.
