  • Student Deliverables May Include: Comprehensive job analyses, revised or new inclusive job descriptions and specifications for specific roles (e.g., a challenging-to-fill position, a new role), recommendations for effective assessment tools aligned with job requirements, and best practice guidelines for future job documentation.


b. Recruitment Marketing Strategy for Job Postings

  • Employer Benefit: Boost the visibility and attractiveness of your job postings, reaching a wider and more qualified candidate pool through innovative marketing approaches.
  • Student Deliverables May Include: Analysis of current recruitment channels, development of engaging recruitment marketing content (e.g., social media campaigns, email templates, video concepts) for specific roles, strategies for leveraging diverse recruitment sources, and recommendations for performance measurement.


c. Employment Branding & Career Website Content Creation

d. Recruitment and Selection Policy Manual Development/Review
