Business Plan / Capital for new Company in Fashion

People Don't Believe is a start-up company and we are looking for a team of students to help us with a Business Plan as we are preparing to launch this new company in Fashion / Design sector. This is a new team-preneurship company in a very HOT & sought after sector, which is very similar to the start-ups BAPE and Supreme clothing lines in the street-wear (sneakers) culture.Our target market are people that buy and wear street-wear, 17-28 yrs old, that are into Collaboration (brand). The young Nike / Adidas purchasers.We are looking for the students to help us define the following:Marketing Plan - Pricing, logistics, social media plan. Including potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market. Strategic Marketing Plan for Fundraiser

Our project is called The Unforgettable 'They Did it Tour', Two Women Walking and Rocking. It is a fundraising walk that will happen in August of 2022 in Ireland, with myself and a colleague, Corinne Allan.We will walk from Dublin Ireland to Galway to the Cliffs of Mhore (287KM). The walk is to raise awareness and financial support for global music.I live in Vancouver BC, and Corrine lives in New Westminster Canada, and we have chosen Ireland because of the great relationship it has with countries worldwide. We feel music is a powerful platform that everyone relates to. Simply said music crosses borders.This idea started as I was walking across a bridge in Vancouver, and I got a clear message that meant “it's time to do another marathon"! When I had done a marathon before, the goal was to raise money for a fundraiser, and I would like to do the same for this one. The project has many moving parts and it’s an incredible project to be a part of .We are looking for a marketing plan to attract sponsors, as well as attract people to donate to the cause .The social marketing plan will be incredible to work on. We will start that ASAP and it will run a year, before, during and after the walk. We will need people to take us through the 10 day walking journey with video, media spots , meeting locals and doing interviews , radio and tv along the way. We will also be needing a media and support crew driving alongside the journey.This project is very much about a message of not only the power of music but the power of decision and hope. Two women in there 50s , non- professional athletes make a decision to do something of this nature, shows anyone that they can do anything they put their minds to.We feel the impact will be global. This event is about empowering oneself , giving back to community, having fun, taking care of others and yourself, and exercising your body, mind and soul.We want people to witness and be part of our journey, via a campaign into our life of what we're eating , what we're drinking , how we're training even when we don't want to train, and really allowing this project to be highlighted.Both of us are single mothers, and we found the gusto to get up and decide to walk for 8-10 days for 8-10 hours a day, to raise awareness and funds for something that brings such joy to people, music. We think it's important because it really allows us to show people that if you want to help, volunteer, and or do something that's important to you, it is possible.This project will be approximately 12 months, from beginning to end. We are wanting this event to be sponsored with companies/entrepreneurs small and large. The exposure time will help raise more funds for the charity. We believe that this project will attract corporations that are involved with tourism, media, women based companies, the music industry, film, health and wellness, athletics , nutritional product companies and so much more!Our main goal with this project is raising funds to cover everything that will be needed for this "Walk for Music" tour. Specifically, the sporting gear, the training, the gym membership, social media company, marketing, the flight, the ground crew, social media, photographer, videographer, massage therapist, occupational therapist, a driver, hotels, transportation, and food.We are looking for someone to help support the marketing campaign and sponsorship package.Being from Canada, we have a lot of incredible successful musicians that come from our country, and picking a charity that affects world music, we are hoping for support and exposure worldwide. We don't foresee difficulty in being sponsored and supported through the process, and we feel very excited about being able to raise as much as we can for this World Music walk tour.
