Website Refresh & Usability Optimization

Converge Resources is a staffing company whose website has not kept pace with its growth. The current site is built in WordPress and was created in-house during the startup phase. The employer is seeking a more polished, user-friendly design to better serve candidates and job seekers — without the need for a full rebuild or added development budget. Interns will assess and enhance the current Converge Resources website, with a focus on usability, appearance, and functionality for job seekers. The goal is to make strategic design, content, and structural recommendations that improve the candidate experience. Interns will also prepare draft assets and layout suggestions that can be implemented using the existing WordPress setup.
