The marketing plan is comprehensive outlining strategies to enhance market presence, optimize service offerings, and expand the reach of FRED. Learners will apply their knowledge of business strategy and financial planning to create a plan that aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives. The project will involve reviewing the comprehensive marketing plan, developing income projections, and cashflow forecasts for the next three years.
Ecommerce Platform User Experience Analysis
myAIpathway Inc. seeks to enhance the user experience of its ecommerce platform by conducting a comprehensive user testing project. The primary goal is to identify usability issues and gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
