Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is a pioneering organization dedicated to empowering women by teaching social discernment—a critical skill for recognizing and resisting manipulation, coercive control, and AI-assisted exploitation. Despite its importance, social discernment is a relatively unknown concept, and FIA faces the challenge of raising awareness and driving engagement among its target audience.

This project will task students with creating a comprehensive Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Plan to position FIA as a leader in women’s empowerment. The plan will include actionable strategies to increase awareness of social discernment, educate women about emerging threats, and build trust in FIA’s tools and resources.

Deliverables

Project Deliverables:

  1. Situation Analysis:
  • Research and data on:
  • The current awareness of social discernment among women.
  • Competitor analysis of similar organizations or tools in the women’s empowerment space.
  • Key demographics and psychographics of FIA’s target audience.

  • Identification of FIA’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in relation to its market position and communication efforts.


  1. Marketing Goals and IMC Objectives:
  • Clear, measurable goals to address FIA’s challenges (e.g., increase brand awareness, drive engagement with FIA’s tools).


  1. IMC Strategies and Tactics:
  • Creative Strategy: Recommendations for branding and messaging that resonate with FIA’s target audience.
  • Marketing Channels: Suggestions for social media, content marketing, partnerships, and other outreach channels.
  • Campaign Themes: Proposals for campaigns that introduce social discernment and connect with women’s lived experiences.

  • Detailed plan with:
  • Budget Estimates: Suggested budget for campaign execution.
  • Timeline: Key milestones and deadlines for rolling out the campaign.
