Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to increase paid registrations to INSPIRELY after school enrichment program, boost order frequency, and average order value through effective outreaching to schools, parents & educational partners. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the current school, parents and partner outreach strategies, identifying areas for improvement & boost conversions.


- Plan & execute outreach strategies: email campaigns, school / influencer / corporate outreach to drive maximum conversions.


- Creating marketing materials and content to support the outreach plan.


- Implementing the outreach plan and tracking the effectiveness of different strategies.


- Analyzing the data and making adjustments to the outreach plan as needed.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive outreach plan targeting schools, parents, and educational partners.


- Marketing materials and content to support the outreach plan.


- Implementation of the outreach plan and tracking of its effectiveness.


- Analysis of the data and recommendations for future outreach strategies.



Final deliverables:


- A final report including the outreach plan, marketing materials, implementation results, and data analysis.


- A presentation explaining the research, findings, and recommendations.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing MailerLite, Accumbamail, ChatGPT, Canva etc.
