We are an eCommerce Marketplace like Amazon but focused only on motorsports worldwide. Since many of our products cross borders and have potential for seller misrepresentation, we at RacerX Marketplace would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop an insurance business within our business. The role of this solution is to provide buyer seller insurance and escrow to be sure that nobody loses money on misrepresented sales.

We are seeking students and or teams to create a financial business plan for the insurance business unit.

We can provide access to internal documentation other information as needed as well as access to key contacts and C-Level employees when needed. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present to investors for an online eCommerce marketplace focused ONLY on motorsports insurance to cover the millions of transactions that take place on RacerX.

The plan should include:

• Feasibility study
• Cost analysis
• Competitor Research and Pricing
• Sales forecasting
• Expense budget
• Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
• Assets and liabilities
• Break-even analysis

Students receive direct access to the CEO / owner for mentorship, questions and weekly communications thru MS Teams, Zoom, email or slack channel.
