- What is the main goal for this project?

We need support for creating an integrated marketing flywheel for our 2-sided social venture, Impactraction, between
- Social initiatives (non-profits, charities, CSRs, etc.) to design their project, apply for funding, measure their impact, and tell their stories. and
- Impact financiers ( credit unions, governments, foundations, etc.) to select, assess, and compare social initiatives, close funding deal, measure and report portfolio impact.
As a 2-sided platform, our marketing needs to campaign for both sides of the market.
As a social venture, it's not only customer-focused. We also believe that brands should be aligned with employees, influencers, and suppliers too.
It'd be great if you could support in any/some/all of the following marketing needs:
- Conduct market research to identify the right marketing mix and the right market (early adopters) and strategic positioning of the business
- Build a trustworthy brand for the business that aligns with the marketing mix
- Create a marketing strategy, framework, measurable action plan, and budget
- Inbound marketing: SEO optimization, content strategy, and social media distribution plan
- Outbound marketing: Create positioning statements, create a PR kit and strategic distribution plan, affiliate marketing
- Relationship Marketing and Marketing Flywheel: Develop a comprehensive and scalable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing plan and Customer Experience (CX) best practices, strategies, tactics, and techniques to acquire and retain customer relationships.
- Marketing Campaign and Brand Launch: Develop a marketing campaign, including campaign message, to build brand awareness and product demand, Develop a cost-effective way to implement the campaign
