What is the main goal for this project?

Number of individual students required: 4

We are launching a line of CBD Lifestyle products in January. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:

1. What is the total market size for this opportunity in the US States where cannabis products can be sold?

2. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?

We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.

Students will:

- create social media posts and place in a scheduled calendar to create hype, aggregate new customers and entice sales (social bee is the tool we use) for Hiplivesshop.com, hiplives.com, evescollective.com, sharonlove.ca

- utilize our CRM to send promotions to our internal leads from advertisements created

- use templates and posted content from hiplives.com to create engaging social posts for brand awareness

- create contest giveaway options

- support brand partners and create sponsorship and advertising space for sale posts

How will you support learners in completing the project?

We have had great success with Riipen interns and great reviews from their time with our start up. We have a team check in call weekly and invite interns into a group whats app chat for any questions.

We are open to customizing and fostering a specific desire an intern may have in design, creative, sales, advertising or content creating as the overall role includes a % of each area. If there is a niche the intern aligns with - then we can create the term based around their long term goals and desires to be mentored in that.

This role is entirely virtual and although there will be timelines and targets , we expect the intern to manage their own time on deliverables,
