We’re a tech innovation co developing dozens of tech and business models for eCommerce marketplace on AWS serverless environment.

We strive to provide students experiential learning projects to allow them to get real experience needed to land desirable career opportunities. Therefore, with the help of students we are creating a platform specifically designed for students to develop skills and showcase their research, tech and talents.

Therefore we are seeking students who wish to customize a mature open source event mgmnt platform to operate as a student experience development platform and to showcase students skills, research and papers to give students an edge as it relates to career opportunities

On Student Developer - students can apply to join 1 of 25 projects that align with their skills, education and passion. They’ll help other students build out a prototype biz unit by utilizing the education students have acquired at school and to match the career they seek. Entrepreneurial types can create biz models that require every employee role in a micro business on RacerX eCommerce Marketplace. This experience will be posted to their profile and constantly updated on Student Recruiter on RacerX to increase their hire-ability score in an effort to land a job at RacerX or any of the 1,000’s of companies hosting virtual stores on RacerX Marketplace.

The primary focus will be:

• Customize a mature open source event management platform where students join relevant projects that give them hands on experience in their field of endeavor.
• Conducting a needs analysis to identify opportunities to create a student development platform using INDICO open source. The same platform 30,000+ scientists collaborated on at CERN sqwitzerlands atom collider project. The latest 3.0 open source version.
• Research, Review and Recommend Natural Language and Text Translation solutions for internationalization of your platform
• Software Architecture - Some of this may involve improving the functionality of a INDICO existing open source system - integration of one system into the AWS Cloud and serverless world.
• Research, Review and Recommend communication tools, problem solving techniques, intelligent search, and knowledge representation.
• We are seeking to engage heavily in on demand video training for students in every discipline of business.
• Application Programming Interfaces - Leverage AWS API Gateway to simplify data integrations.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

• Application Development - For the student(s) to create a fully functioning application that helps students gain valuable experience in a safe harbor environment where they can apply their creativity without constraints of corporate culture.
• Software Architecture Development - Student(s) will customize a mature event management solution to ensure optimal performance and sustainability as we create a more effective platform for students to learm.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

• Research INDICO open sourer event mgmnt on GitHub - research AWS SOLUTIONS to see how they integrate to improve functionality.
• Assisting with existing INDICO site process improvements to integrate with student recruiter webapp functionality
• Unit and integration testing
• Languages: Java - Python, MySQL, AWS Amplify Studio, (Optional AWS Sagemaker)
