What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create an Employee Handbook for Kiso HQ, an organization that trains and matches salespeople to tech sales jobs globally. The company works with companies to hire, onboard, and manage successful hires.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching best practices for creating an employee handbook.


- Interviewing key stakeholders at Kiso HQ to understand the company's culture, policies, and procedures.


- Drafting the content for the employee handbook.


- Designing the layout and format of the handbook.


- Reviewing and revising the handbook based on feedback from Kiso HQ.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive employee handbook that reflects the culture, policies, and procedures of Kiso HQ.


- A well-designed and visually appealing layout for the handbook.


- A final version of the handbook that has been reviewed and approved by Kiso HQ.



Final deliverables:


- A digital designed version of the employee handbook.


- A presentation to Kiso HQ leadership on the process and content of the handbook.
