What is the main goal for this project?

To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple strategy for prospecting in our target market and for you to join our sales in team in helping us reach our group sales goals. Community outreach to underserved and often served populations

The project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.
  • Compiling relevant market information/market research.
  • Adapt our current outreach script and test new processes.
  • Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.
  • Join our sales team! Get real experience working with our customers and selling our product to our target audience.
