We are looking for a Communications/ Professional Writing Student that can bring the Coral Realty story to life, from the strategic - high level messaging that will resonate with our prospects, and clients, to the tactical - ideating, creating, and developing thought-leading content that tells our story.

The primary focus of the internship will be the development and writing of several industry guides, case studies, neighbourhood maps, as well as researching and writing of blog posts, and content writing for an automated sales campaign.

We believe this project will include:

• Researching and writing several industry guides and neighbourhood highlight paragraphs
• Research industry-related topics and recommend new topics
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

We hope to have usable industry guides, case studies, neighbourhood highlights and blog posts at the completion of the project.
