- What is the main goal for this project?

The primary focus for the student will be:
- Help with creating a booth design for a Teachers Convention Feb 17/18 2023
- Signage Design - Source where to purchase/budget
- Booth execution
- Collecting leads and follow up - strategies and execution
- Idea generation for initiatives to attract people to our booth
- We are promoting school residencies so we will want to do a thorough competitive analysis of what else is out there to gauge our pricing and packages
- Specific packages created based on analysis
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Strategy - For the student(s) to help us capture increased market share; for the student(s) to help us with new initiatives to attract more customers.
- Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
- Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll-out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
