Number of individual students required: 1

The primary focus for the student will be: Undertaking an overview of emerging carbon accounting standards and associated issues. For example:

  • Compiling a list of call relevant regulatory bodies and stakeholders
  • Providing an overview and analysis of carbon accounting frameworks and associated concepts (e.g. net zero)
  • Analysis of the interaction between government (regulated) and private sector (voluntary) initiatives.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • Compile a report covering all the primary focus activities listed above.
  • Set of recommendations for how PCP can capitalize on any identified business opportunties
  • Presentation to company staff and other stakeholders on findings.

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, email, calls, videoconferencing
