- What is the main goal for this project?

Solar energy is a growing source of electricity. However, adoption of this technology has been slow due to the costs of installation and maintenance, and the limited space requirements of solar panels. Square Solar attempts to solve these problems by keeping solar panel prices low and designing them into small modular solar tiles. The goals of this project are:
- To obtain information on our beachhead markets, RV & boat owners and off-grid homeowners, while identifying potential underserved markets,
- To create SMART objectives and developing the strategies to achieve them
- To propose the messaging and content to attract our target markets
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Market Sizing: Off-grid homeowners, RV owners, Boat owners, Others?
- Market Segmentation & Demographics
2. Create Analysis:
- SWOT, PESTLE
- Competitive Analysis Matrix: Companies, features, and pricing
3. Marketing Recommendations:
- Propose different value proposition
- Marketing Objectives with 3-6 month timeline
- 4Ps Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, Promotion)
- Go To Market Strategy
- Propose actual content for digital marketing
- Strategy Budget
4. Final Deliverables:
