What is the main goal for this project?

In our effort to ensure great service to our clients, we are looking for a student to call our new tenants that have recently moved in to ask them if they are happy and settled into their new homes.


The results of this phone survey will be used to improve our move in processes and determine what more we can do to entice a tenant to renew their lease year after year.



What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The scope of this project will entail:


  • Receiving a spreadsheet of the newly moved in tenants with their contact information
  • Phoning each tenant and asking them a series of questions (Example: "Are you happy with your new home?" "Was your home clean when you moved in?" "Did you enjoy the Welcome Package we left for you?")
  • Recording the results on the spreadsheet
  • Reporting the results to the Marketing Manager



How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work directly with our Marketing Manager. An initial Zoom meeting will be scheduled to summarize the goals of the project. Training will be provided as well as direction, followup and guidance.
