Brief:


Help us create a national promotional plan to launch Enabled Talent across Canada, focusing on inclusive employers, nonprofits, and jobseekers with disabilities.


Project Description with Deliverables:


Enabled Talent is a growing inclusive job platform looking to expand across Canada. Student teams will design a clear, research-based promotional campaign to support our launch. They will research the market and audience, develop a campaign plan, and create sample promotional materials.

- Direct Marketing Suggestions

- Final Presentation (Slides) – outlining the campaign plan, steps, and creative samples



Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed launch strategy document outlining the campaign's objectives, target audience, and key messaging. Additionally, learners will provide a market analysis report, a digital marketing plan with proposed channels and tactics, and a timeline and budget for the campaign. The final deliverable will be a presentation summarizing the strategy and expected outcomes, ready for review by Enabled Talent's leadership team.
