We offer clients boutique publishing services to create beautifully designed books. Our clients include individuals, companies and organizations. More information can be found on our website, wecreatebooks.com.
Project Scope
Number of individual students required: 4 students
The Digital Assets Manager will ensure that files are collected and sent in the correct format to our designers and marketing departments, help organize files within ClickUp, create workflows, and handle metadata entries. These will also include writing subheaders, a short descriptive excerpt (1-3 sentences), 200-300 character SEO descriptions, and appropriate tags and categories for blog posts post. SEO programs are provided.
The digital assets manager will also input metadata information and upload files to distribution platforms, printers, and cataloguing platforms.
Qualifications
Knowledge of ClickUp and metadata is a plus but can be learned during the internship.
There is a lot of room for creativity and input. You will work closely with our team and receive lots of support. If you like the sound of our culture and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.
