The main goal of this role and project is to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering online space for women by delivering high-quality content, fostering a strong community, and providing valuable learning experiences for interns, ultimately making a positive and lasting impact in the lives of women.
Project Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to refine project goals and objectives.
- Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Develop a comprehensive project strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values.
Intern Coordination:
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns.
- Develop and maintain intern training materials and resources.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to interns to ensure their contributions align with project goals.
Social Media Management:
- Create a social media content calendar that outlines posting schedules and themes.
- Generate engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and interactive features.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback.
- Use social media analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven improvements.
Blog Content Creation:
- Research relevant topics and trends related to women's empowerment, business, and personal development.
- Write and edit blog posts that are informative, engaging, and well-researched.
- Optimize blog content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and organic traffic.
Project Reporting:
- Create regular progress reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media engagement, blog traffic, and community growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving project effectiveness.
