- What is the main goal for this project?

We are looking to expand our programs into multiple counties and currently only track anecdotal data. Our goal with expansion is to confirm an evidence based model that can be replicated with fidelity. In order to do that, we are looking to design a programmatic research and evaluation process that captures our impact.
Project tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Data Analysis
- Data Tracking
- Dashboard Development
- Surveys, strategies and recommendations
