Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.

We are seeking creative and enthusiastic individuals who will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of the marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop and expand our marketing channels. Our ideal intern candidate has graphic design skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Flickr etc.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • How should we promote our company?
  • What social media channels should we utilize?
  • What messaging should we use?
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  • Collaborate with Demand Creation team to develop email/nurture campaigns, relevant and actionable content, and high-touch events
  • Analyze collected data to identify consumer trends using surveys, questionnaires and opinion polls.
  • Assist our Marketing Manager to refine social media strategy, best practices and editorial calendar to ensure the content is timely, engaging and relevant.
  • Track the growth and success rates of campaigns.
  • Identify influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities.
  • Stay current and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
  • Assist with Website Copywriting, Proofing and Updating as required.
  • Draft weekly newsletters to subscribers.
How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will be provided with insights and access to different tools and techniques used in the Project.

Students will be deployed on live projects which gives them the feel of a real job scenario.

Students will learn how budgets are allocated for paid ad campaigns.

Students will always have access to the Marketing Manager to answer any questions/challenges they encounter during the course of the project.
