- What is the main goal for this project?

This is a 20-hour (per student) project to give students an opportunity to practice and up-skill UX and Digital Marketing knowledge and skills.
LIOHAN is an early-stage technology company focused on providing interactive "EduTainment" for families with young children to experience together. We have a prototype web app with a limited number of beta-test users and would like an objective review from a usability and engagement perspective. In terms of Digital Marketing, once prospective clients land on our website, how can we better engage with our audience to help them learn about and sign up for our free web app? Once they start using our web app, how can we enhance their experience for onboarding, general use, and "stickiness" so they come back and use it again?
LIOHAN is a social enterprise and part of our mission is to address the problem of "disconnect" experienced by many parents and their young children in today's modern, digitally distracted world.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

A combination of the following as per the program coordinator's decision:
- UI/UX review of LIOHAN's web app (in general and/or new proposed feature(s)); e.g. UX audit & recommendations; usability testing with recommendations; wireframing.
- LIOHAN website/page review/design in support of promoting the app
- audit of and recommendations for our automated digital communications as new people discover our brand, engage with our content, and start using our app.
