PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:
GoEmerald to build, transform and scale with innovation. Our core competence is to orchestrate innovative ideas into scalable products, services and businesses. 1. Strategy: We separate the noise to define a clear success strategy, specific to your customer base and their needs. 2. Governance: We cultivate leadership, innovation culture and ecosystems towards a scalable customer journey. 3. Planning: We establish product-mindset and measurable OKRs among teams for a faster time to market.
KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:
- All work will be performed remotely with periodic meetings with the leadership team
- Reviewing the GoEmerald's service and products offerings to document customer personas and creating personalized marketing and sales plans
