- What is the main goal for this project?

To find a student who can assist in overseeing LGS's HR department over the spring/summer semester. To apply send an email to tzvi@localgrownsalads.com with your resume, we will not be taking applications over the Riipen platform.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Develop Riipen projects for Universities
- Manage HR teams to ensure they are on task and have the information they require
- Keep in contact with professors of HR classes who are taking on projects for LGS
- Attend daily team lead meetings and provide updates on what is happening in the HR department
- Attend meetings with HR teams/students as needed
- Onboard and keep track of HR teams/students
- Organize and familiarize yourself with HR documents that are in existence
- Send and reply to emails as needed
- Coordinate with other team leads as needed
- Manage HR projects as needed and as they come up
