What is the main goal for this project?

To find a student who can assist in overseeing LGS's HR department over the spring/summer semester. To apply send an email to tzvi@localgrownsalads.com with your resume, we will not be taking applications over the Riipen platform.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  • Develop Riipen projects for Universities
  • Manage HR teams to ensure they are on task and have the information they require
  • Keep in contact with professors of HR classes who are taking on projects for LGS
  • Attend daily team lead meetings and provide updates on what is happening in the HR department
  • Attend meetings with HR teams/students as needed
  • Onboard and keep track of HR teams/students
  • Organize and familiarize yourself with HR documents that are in existence
  • Send and reply to emails as needed
  • Coordinate with other team leads as needed
  • Manage HR projects as needed and as they come up
How will you support learners in completing the project?
  • Daily team meetings
  • Individual meetings as requested by the student
