- What is the main goal for this project?

Psystem is a virtual wellness organization that is looking to expand our reach and client acquisition through our digital marketing. As our firm operates completely virtually, our digital marketing strategy represents our storefront and is critical to our success.
We are looking for a student to support us in building three customer journey maps based on data and evidence collected through different research activities. These maps will be further refined and elbaorated upon through the collection and analysis of primary research activities. Reccomendations to improving our marketing efforts based on the customer journey map will be the final step to the internship.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Conduct secondary research and review of organizational documents to support the creation of customer journey maps.
- Develop three preliminary customer journey maps one for each of Psystem's target markets.
- Design survey instruments and collect primary survey data to further inform the customer journey.
- Review Psystem marketing strategy, key marketing webpages (4 pages), drip email marketing campaign, and make reccomendations to improve messaging to align with customer journey.
