Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

After much success in helping organizations simplify indoor living, True is now expanding its product lineup to simplify outdoor living through the dispensing of electricity to streamline the adoption of Electric Vehicles (EV).

Our objective is to aid residential stratas in upgrading their parking lots to include EV charging stations for residents. In order to optimize our process, it is necessary that we have the right strategies and tools in place to make the greatest impact. Your goal for this project will be to assess and suggest ways to improve the existing customer buying journey. You will then work through each phase of the journey to recommend sales and marketing strategies for success. If time permits, you will do the same for the post-sales process as well. Additionally, the suggestions you make should fit with our Freshworks as this is the software we use for our CRM, sales and marketing.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  1. Assess and improve customer buying journey.
  2. Development sales strategy for associated journey.
  3. Develop marketing strategy for associated journey.
  4. Integrate strategy with freshworks software.
How will you support learners in completing the project?

We'll meet with the team to introduce them to our company and any relevant tools that they may require. Daily or weekly support will be provided from our sales manager (Andrew) and operations lead (Rochelle).
