PROJECT SCOPE
Number of positions available: One or more teams with one or more students
We are expanding our facilities across the US and other countries, for this we need interior design for our grow rooms and facilities.
Students will be provided with a video and source files of our previous designs. These are then used to create the new design facilities. From these drawing, we want to use it to place the equipment in our facilities, create walk-ins, marketing and potentially other beneficial uses. This will result in students collaborating with different teams and expanding their network.
During this internship, students are treated as equals. We value their opinions and ask them to present their opinions to discuss the topics and potentially adapt our interior design accordingly with the main benefit of seeing all aspects of how a business operates and how departments affect each other, whilst giving interns the freedom to develop their skill set.
Skills students will develop:
- Project management
- Communication in a virtual environment
- Familiarity with tools like Discord, Asana and GitLab
- Taking responsibility
- Presentation skills for a business environment.
Some example deliverables that students can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Designing a 2D model of a facility
- Creating a 3D model of the facility
- Creating a walk-in of the facility
- Creating marketing material from these models
