Details

We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media, including LinkedIn visual posts, audio-visual video marketing material, podcasts etc. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.  Past experience leading the development from concept, design to execution of LinkedIn and other social media campaigns is desired.


Collaborating with key leaders within the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project aligned with ShiftRight’s visual and branding aesthetic.


Additionally, the desired candidate should have an interest and willingness to lead the development of blog and article content pertinent to ShiftRight’s Thought Leadership focus areas.

Deliverables
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, LinkedIn specific marketing campaigns, Podcasts, video presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Research and produce blog and Thought Leadership articles to be profiled on the company website
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout in alignment with ShiftRight's branding
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
  • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications


Mentorship

We will provide direct access to senior members of the team to ensure guidance and onboarding to the selected candidate. Additionally, the candidate will be given access to past marketing and engagement campaign content as well as weekly check-in meetings to provide further guidance and support as required.
