What is the main goal for this project?

We are a small company providing services to dentists (B2B) in both Canada and the USA.

We are offering a new service and are struggling to come up with the best price, because we clients across North America and the price for similar services varies greatly between the Canadian and US markets.

We need help to come up with a price for our services that is competitive in both US and Canadian markets, but at the same time does not devalue our services, or affect our profit margins drastically.

By the end of the project, we would like to:

1. Be confident about our prices. We currently feel our prices are "too low" when comparing to services in the Canadian market and is affecting our profit margins.

2. Creating packages and promotions for our website that are not confusing

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Students will need to be able to analyze competitor pricing for both markets and have an understanding of pricing psychology

How will you support learners in completing the project?

The project manager will be available for questions via email daily, and weekly through phone/zoom calls.
