What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to conduct research on human resource best practices, labor laws, and compensation plans in the real estate industry. Additionally, the project aims to develop a recruitment strategy and process for real estate brokers to attract and retain top real estate agents.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching and analyzing compensation plans and labor laws relevant in Canada and US


- A comprehensive report on compensation plans, labor laws, and best practices in human resource management


- Identifying and studying best practices in human resource management within the technology sector.


- Developing a recruitment strategy tailored to the needs of the company


- Creating a recruitment process that aligns with the company's expansion and service offerings.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:



- A detailed recruitment strategy tailored to real estate brokers' needs.


- A step-by-step recruitment process that can be implemented by real estate brokers.



Final deliverables:


- A presentation outlining the key findings and recommendations from the research and strategy development.


- A recruitment process manual for real estate brokers.
