- What is the main goal for this project?

TDW is utilizing CRM for scheduling, we're looking to reframe that with the new CRM's we plan integrating to have students improved the appointment scheduling system, to reframe how we onboard clients and employees.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, products and services.
- Researching features of scheduling designs.
- Producing a wireframe or mock-up of the resulting system’s user interface.
- Testing the design with users and making improvements.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending new features to include in our appointment scheduling system.
- Prototyping multiple possible scheduling designs.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Familiarity with our target market, products and services
- Understanding of scheduling design features
- Design of a scheduling wireframe
- Refinement of the design through feedback
