We are looking to add a RMA (return merchandise authorization) process for our CIH Equipment Company website similar to our current work order form. But this form would include a drop down of available services offer by CIH and pricing for this service. The customer would be expected to complete the form with the information required and in turn would receive a copy of the RMA with its assigned number by email. Several of our competitors have this application. A sample of our current work order form is attached.
