- What is the main goal for this project?

Podcasting is a rapidly growing content medium. Working with students, we would like to take advantage of the trend and create a season of our own podcast. We would like for students to deliver a 5-episode podcast series, based on our outcome objectives.
- Internship - 3 students
- Student groups - 3 groups
Students could accomplish the following or be involved with many of the duties below:
- Script each podcast episode.
- Help us create an Editorial Calendar of Topics that are relevant to holidays and more for PR purposes
- Assist us in Reaching our to our JV Partners and creating an Ideal target list of podcast shows that we should be on.
- Help us research that target list and make notes, so we go into pitch ourselves having listened to and rating them positively if they are a fit.
- Edit the recorded audio for final publication.
- Coach participants for success on the microphone.
- Provide recommendations on increasing listenership.
- Create a best practices basic marketing plan from listening to our preselected thought leaders and going through our purchased courses.
- Learn our Podcast.co and or bCast podcast hosting companies and set up the RSS feed to Apple Podcasts and Spotify and distribution to others.
- Set up the distribution of legal documents prior to guests coming on the show so that they waive rights to the content as we are promoting them.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

- We will assist with an understanding of how commercial Joint Ventures with guests in the heartfelt coaching field.
- You will gain an understanding of the Career Management and Career transition fields as well as personal branding using Podcasting as an Authority building method.
- You will hopefully do your own podcast some day, and we will connect you with the right network that you can sell your services to.
- There is opportunity for freelance work with our company upon successful completion of the project.
